Meeting Description:

The Children and Languages Today conferences to date have been fostering
critical examination of many themes about language and young learners’
education: children and the learning of Croatian and foreign languages,
Croatian language teacher and foreign language teacher, children and
multilingualism, evaluation and self-evaluation in Croatian and foreign
language instruction to young learners, native and local in Croatian language
instruction and interculturalism in foreign language instruction, children and
text, children and media, children and linguistic identity. This year we are
focusing on the topic of Reading in contemporary context.

The official conference languages are Croatian and English. The conference
will take place both on-site and online via the Zoom video communication
platform. 


Call for Papers: 

We invite you to send your submission form, abstract (up to 300 words) and
keywords (up to 5 words) in Croatian and English by May 15, 2021 via the
EasyChair platform: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=chila2021.

Notification of acceptance will be sent by June 15, 2021.
