Description:

Tasks and responsibilities:
 - Teaching a total of 12 hours per week in both the Language and the
Literature/Culture programmes 
 - Contributions to research in literature/culture and/or language teaching
 - Curriculum and course development
 - Examination duties
 - Student support and guidance
 - Administrative tasks

Prerequisites for the appointment:
 - PhD with a focus on literatures in English at a domestic or a foreign
higher education institution 
 - University-level experience in ELT and in teaching literature
 - English proficiency CEFR high-C2 level

Additional desired qualifications:
 - Relevant work or study experience in an English-speaking country
 - Demonstrated research output pertinent to departmental research areas
 - Social competence and ability to work in a team, also on joint projects
 - Experience in course design, ideally in academic writing
 - German proficiency CEFR A2 level
 - Willingness to undertake further education in relevant areas
