Description:

PhD or postdoc position at HU Berlin (RUEG group):
We invite applications for the position of a coordinator for the Research Unit
“Emerging Grammars in Contact Language Situations: A Comparative Approach”
(RUEG), funded by the German Research Foundation (FOR 2537;
www.linguistik.hu-berlin.de/en/rueg).

The position will be a full position for 3 years (100% E13 TV-L HU), available
from April 2021, for RUEG's second funding phase. This second phase will
involve 6 large, collaborative projects in 7 locations (HU Berlin, Leibniz-ZAS
Berlin, U Potsdam, TU Kaiserslautern, U Mannheim, U Stuttgart, U
Essen-Duisburg). The coordinator position will be at Humboldt-University
Berlin.

Applicants should hold an MA or PhD in linguistics or related fields and have
3 years of professional experience, and have a fluent command of German and
English.The ideal candidate would be interested in multilingual settings, have
strong organisational skills, and some experience with project coordination
and interdisciplinary research collaborations.
