Focus: Syntax, semantics, and phonology in a generative framework

Description:
The EGG is a summer school in generative linguistics that has excellent researchers as teachers, and actively seeks to ensure a nice and stimulating atmosphere on-site. Usually, it takes place every summer, typically in Eastern Europe. Due to the pandemic, the EGG will take place online this year, with on admission fee.

Phonology teachers this year are Elan Dresher, Chris Golston and Marijn van 't Veer. Semantics courses will be taught by Milica Denić, Vera Hohaus and Wataru Uegaki. The syntax teachers are András Bárány, Anke Himmelreich, Maria Kokuneli and Adrian Stegovec.

In all three areas, there will be introductory and advanced courses, so students of all levels are welcome!
