Subject: Open Source Frequency Lists for English

 
I am interested in an open-source frequency list of English words. Any links
or pointers to such a site/sites would be gratefully acknowledged. The List
should be in open-source and have a GPL licensing. I already have the Wiki
frequency list but am interested in any other list which may be available. Of
course open-source lists in other languages, especially Indian and Urdu would
be a big plus.
