Subject: Memory Test
The aim of this research study is to learn more about the relationship between
language and memory. The main objective is to analyze how lexical and
syntactic choices in questions during an interrogation may affect the way
participants recall events that they have witnessed.
If you agree to participate in this study, you will be asked to conduct an
online survey which you will have access to via a link on your computer,
laptop, tablet, smart phone, etc. There are three sections: the first section
will include a demographic survey. In section 2, you will be presented with a
short video, and you will have to give a written account of the events that
occur. In section three, you will be asked to complete a questionnaire about
the video. Although durations may vary, the entire survey is expected to take
5-10 minutes.
English native speakers or Spanish native speakers are welcome to take it.
