Subject: Annual Holiday Break


Hello LINGUIST List Subscribers!

We hope this note finds you well. The LINGUIST List will be taking our
yearly holiday break from Tuesday, December 20, 2022 through
Wednesday, January 4, 2023. During this time, there will be no new
postings. To ensure that your announcement is posted before the break,
please submit it by Friday, December 16.

During our holiday break, except for emergencies, we cannot guarantee
that announcements will be posted. Although the website will be
available, some pages may not be updated during that time.

Except for emergencies, submissions we receive after Friday, December
16, 2022, will most likely not be posted until after we return on
January 5, 2023.

Anyone wishing to submit an emergency message, please send an email to
linguist at linguistlist.org and CC lauren at linguistlist.org.

Please put 'URGENT' in the subject line.

Please also reference your submission ID and the category to which
your submission belongs. This will speed up the process and help us
direct your email to the appropriate editor.
