The chair of Prof. Dr. Noah Bubenhofer holds a PhD position for four years
within the project "Controversial Discourses. Language History as Contemporary
History". This project is funded by the SNF and the DFG and consists of
several subprojects which are tackled in cooperation with linguists from
Germany and Switzerland (Controversial Discourses). The Zurich subproject
analyzes discourses of solidarity and participation, using innovative methods
of corpus and computational linguistics (distributional semantics, corpus
pragmatics).
