Job Description: 
Our cutting-edge AI models require high-quality training data that is
annotated for Personally Identifiable Information (PII). You will work
alongside our Data Manager and Annotation Team as we continue to build our
training dataset in 33 languages (and growing), maintaining a high level of
labelling accuracy and consistency. 

Your responsibilities will involve:
 - Defining and refining our PII classes
 - Finding and troubleshooting blind spots in the AI model
 - Analyzing the structure of various languages & advising the Machine
Learning team
 - Assisting in the management and training of our team of annotators
 - Data sourcing and generation
 - Quality assurance of annotation

About You: 
The successful candidate for this position will have:
 - A Master’s Degree in Linguistics or a related field
 - Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with a keen attention
to detail
 - Strong writing abilities (proficiency in multiple languages is a bonus)
 - A fondness for working with languages
 - Some familiarity with or a willingness to learn: command line utilities,
regular expressions, git version control, programming basics (e.g., Python)
 - Experience teaching or tutoring is an asset
