Meeting Description:

The 2023 MLA Annual Convention will be held from 5 to 8 January in San
Francisco. The presidential theme is Working Conditions. We look forward to
meeting in person, and we hope you’ll join us!

The General Linguistics Forum invites you to submit your abstract for
consideration to our forum session entitled, 'Language in Society: Issues of
Equity and Access', within the 2023 MLA Annual Convention.

This panel explores language use in society, with a focus on research related
to initiatives to improve language equity and access for speakers of minority
languages in the US and abroad.
