Meeting Description:

The Pan-Pacific Association of Applied Linguistics (PAAL) is a
nonprofit international organization of researchers who work in
various fields of applied linguistics. PAAL also welcomes researchers
in related fields such as foreign language teaching and literature
education. PAAL is a joint association between PAAL Japan and PAAL
Korea, and the journal published twice a year is indexed in
Linguistics and Language Behavior Abstracts (LLBA) and Education
Resources Information Center (ERIC).

Call for Papers:

We are seeking abstracts that cover, but are not limited to, the
following topics:
Second Language Acquisition, TESOL, Language and Culture, Pedagogy
(Language/Literature), Theoretical Linguistics, Text Analysis,
e-learning/CALL, Psycholinguistics/Neurolinguistics, Language Testing,
Sociolinguistics, Language Policy and Planning, World Englishes/ELF,
Phonetics/Phonology, Motivation and Strategies, Applied Linguistics
and Technology.

Please submit an abstract of your proposal (200 words or less) using
the designated template by May 31, 2023.
