Description:
Applications are invited for the post of Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the

between Dynamic Effects and Alternative-Based Inferences in the Study of
Meaning’ (IDEAlISM; https://dynamicalternatives.wordpress.com/), jointly
funded by AHRC and DFG and based in the Department of Linguistics at UCL. The
research team is led by Dr Clemens Steiner-Mayr (Göttingen, Co-PI) and Dr

Breheny (UCL), Dr Cornelia Ebert (Frankfurt), Dr Jacopo Romoli (Düsseldorf),
and Dr Markus Steinbach (Göttingen). The postholder will work with the team on
the aims of developing a formal theory of the interaction between dynamic
effects and alternative-based inferences by identifying new theoretical
possibilities and exploring ways to test them against experimental data as
well as data from gesture and sign languages.
Please apply via the link below. Please include in your application your CV,
