Meeting Description:

The Institute for Science of Language and the Brain is organizing its first
international conference (virtual edition) on 3-5 May, 2023. This
international event is held in collaboration with Allameh Tabataba’i
University, Tarbiat Modarres University, Shiraz University, and Iranian
Linguistics Society with the aim to bring together the researchers from
Linguistics, Psychology, Speech and Language Pathology, Cognitive
Neuroscience, Medical sciences, Neural Engineering and other relevant fields
to exchange the latest research findings and most cutting-edge approaches to
all sorts of research relevant for language and the brain.

Below you can find an impression of the conference structure, themes and the 6
envisioned panels:

Theme of Day 1: Fundamental Concepts
- Panel of Language and Cognition
- Panel of Biolinguistics

Theme of Day 2: Experimental Frameworks
- Panel of Neurolinguistics
- Panel of Psycholinguistics

Theme of Day 3: Tailored Approaches
- Panel of Multilingualism and Learning
- Panel of Clinical Linguistics and Language Pathology

Each panel will include a dedicated scientific committee, a keynote talk and
an invited talk by known experts in the field, a methodological mini-workshop
relevant for the panel, and space for a couple of talks and some poster
presentations based on the results of the submission reviews.


2nd Call for Papers:

You are invited to contribute to this conference by submitting the abstracts
