Meeting Description:

The UC Davis Cluster on Language Research is pleased to announce our Ninth
Annual Symposium on Language Research!

Our theme this year is: The Intersection Between Language and Technology. Our
keynote speaker will be Dr. Nicole Holliday!

We invite abstracts related to research on language in any capacity. We
particularly encourage submissions related to our theme on the relationship
between language and technology.

*In-person attendance at UC Davis is highly encouraged, but presenters will
also have the option to participate via Zoom.*


Call for Papers:

ELIGIBILITY:
-  All graduate and undergraduate students currently investigating language in
some capacity are encouraged to submit their research, preliminary or
otherwise. Only students (i.e. individuals who have not yet completed a PhD)
may submit.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
- Please submit an abstract of no more than 350 words in pdf format to
www.languagecluster.com/Submit. 
- Do not include any identifying information in your abstract or file name.

TALK INFORMATION:
- Presenters will be given 10 minutes for their presentation followed by a
5-minute question period.
