Focus: The Linguistic Summer Institute of Taiwan is set to return this
summer! The school will take place from July 16th to July 28th , 2024.
It promises an immersive experience and brings together leading
domestic and international linguistic experts focusing on 'Syntax and
Semantics'. It offers a total of 54 hours of intensive courses,
underscoring our commitment to fostering vibrant linguistic
experience.
Minimum Education Level: undergraduates

Description:
Organized by the Linguistic Society of Taiwan and the Department of
English at National Taiwan Normal University, the event is sponsored
by the Yushan Fellow Program, funded by the Ministry of Education,
Taiwan.

Registration Instructions:
The 2024 Linguistic Summer Institute of Taiwan, though with its
primary participants being expected to be graduate students and
scholars in Taiwan, is also open to students from abroad (total fees
the same as local students, at NTD$3,000). All lectures and
mini-courses are on-site, non-remote sessions. The lectures are
conducted in English and Mandarin as needed.
