Subject: Call for ECR keynote speakers at the 15th International Symposium on Bilingualism

The 15th International Symposium on Bilingualism (ISB15) is seeking
nominations for 2-3 early-career scholars to each deliver a keynote
address. The ECR keynotes should showcase future directions for the
study of bilingualism and should include multiple studies and/or
approaches. The selected speakers will receive free registration for
ISB15.

To be considered as an ECR keynote speaker, early-career scholars must
have been awarded their PhD after 31 January 2018. We especially
encourage scholars from historically under-represented groups to
apply.

Nominations must be received by 03 February 2025 and should be sent
via email to isb2025 at bcbl.eu (Subject: ECR Call).

Each nomination should include:
- the nominee’s cv
- an abstract for the proposed keynote address
- a letter of support from a supervisor or other colleague evidencing
the nominee’s innovative, cutting-edge bilingualism research, as well
as their ability to deliver an engaging and coherent oral presentation
