Meeting Description:

We are pleased to invite researchers in the field of Linguistics to
the 3rd edition of **CILIDI**, hosted by the Universitat Politècnica
de València. This conference is co-organized by members of the
University of Alicante, the University of Granada, and the Polytechnic
University of Valencia.

Our aim is to bring together linguistics specialists working in
language analysis, translation, language learning, and acquisition,
with a focus on digital transformation and the application of new
technological resources. The program will feature plenary
presentations and parallel sessions. Following the conference,
participants will be invited to contribute to a series of monographic
books aligned with the conference’s key themes.

This edition will foster an extensive debate on topics such as the use
of games and gamification in foreign language teaching, the role of
AI, and the promotion of telecollaboration among participating
universities. Additionally, it will emphasize advances in discourse
analysis and translation.

Call for Papers:

The GALE research group (Specific Language Analysis Research Group) is
pleased to announce the 3rd International Conference of Digital
Linguistics, co-organized by the University of Alicante, the
University of Granada and the Polytechnic University of Valencia,
which will be held at the Polytechnic University of Valencia (Spain)
on June 26 and 27, 2025. Further information is available on our

The objective of this conference is to bring together linguistics
specialists whose research is related to language analysis,
translation, and language teaching and learning from a perspective
towards digital transformation and its application through new
technological resources. The program will include plenary
presentations and parallel sessions. After the conference, the
participants will be invited to participate in the creation of a
series of monographic books following the conference’s lines of work.

We invite researchers to submit their original and unpublished
research (presentations, software demonstrations, R&D projects), as
well as posters or proposals for round tables and workshops, on the
following topics:

Proposal Submission:

Submit your proposal for review to cilidi at upv.es

The abstracts must be written in Spanish or English, and they must
contain between 200 and 400 words. The abstracts must include the
following information: context and objective, methodology, summary of
results, and conclusion, along with a list of references cited in the
document (current APA style). The deadline for submitting your
proposals is March 1, 2025. We will notify you of our decision before
April 1.
