Qualifications:
 - Doctorate in hand (or proof of imminent completion)
 - Native or near-native speaker of English
 - Experience in teaching EFL; experience specifically in EFL for
computer science, engineering, or science students in not necessary
but will be viewed favorably
 - Primary consideration will be the selection of a candidate with
strength in English language teaching; knowledge/experience in the use
of AI tools for language teaching/learning will be viewed favorably
 - Scholarly publications and professional experience
 - International experience (preferable for candidate to have lived,
studied, or worked outside their native country; experience in Japan
will be viewed favorably)

Duties: Teach an average of 2 courses per quarter over 4 quarters (= 8
courses per year, usually 5 unique courses plus 3 repeated sections);
courses include EFL courses and a Thesis Writing course; serve on
committees; conduct and publish research; assist with entrance-exam
related tasks
