Meeting Description:

The Twenty-Seventh International Conference on Historical Linguistics
will take place in Campus San Joaquín of the Pontificia Universidad
Católica de Chile and the Campus Errázuriz of the University Adolfo
Ibáñez. Continuing the important tradition of this international
conference, ICHL27 will be held for the first time in South America.

Call for Papers:

We invite proposals for workshops on all sub-fields of Historical
Linguistics, all languages and approaches (descriptive, theoretical,
empirical, interdisciplinary, etc.). Proposals should include a
descriptive tittle, main text and references. The maximum length for
the proposal (excluding references) is 500 words. Workshop
presentations will be given in English or Spanish. Papers that are not
accepted as part of a Workshop may also be submitted for the general
sessions.
Deadlines:
Workshops proposals: June 29th, 2024.
Papers for Workshops: October 18th, 2024.
Papers for General Sessions: November 20th, 2024
