Conference description

In accordance with the tradition of conferences held in 1990-2022 in
Moscow and St. Petersburg, the conference seeks to examine parallelism
in the morphosyntactic and semantic structures of the languages of the
Far East, Southeast Asia, and West Africa, which cannot be explained
by any genealogical affinity of languages, nor by areal factors. We
welcome proposals for studies that are language-specific or focus on
typology.

Presentations should be 30 minutes in length (20 min + 10 min
discussion).

Those wishing to take part in the hybrid-format conference need to
send to the Organising Committee a request for participation and a
full paper (3-10 pages) on one of the topics of the conference.
Applications and the papers should be sent to: lesewaconf at gmail.com.

Texts requirements: MS Word format, font Times New Roman, size 14.
Page setup: A4, margins: top 2 cm, bottom 2 cm, left 3 cm, right 1,5
cm. Line spacing: 1,5. Working languages are Russian and English.

The registration fee of 300 roubles per page pays for the publication
costs of the proceedings (postage is not included) and ensures that
the author receives a copy of the conference proceedings. Payment of
additional copies for the co-authors is made separately and costs 500
roubles each. The registration fee covers conference proceedings,
coffee breaks, and other organisational expenses.

Payment for the conference proceedings will be collected on the first
day of the conference upon registration of participants.

The content is the responsibility of the author.

Text requirements:
• Initials and surname(s) of author(s) (right-aligned), next
line - institution, city (right-aligned).
