Subject: ITAP PhD Network Launch Event - November 26th

Dear colleagues,

We are happy to announce the launch of the International Association
for Teaching Pragmatics PhD Network.

We would like to invite PhD students conducting research within
pragmatics to attend the first ITAP PhD Network Seminar on November
26th.

The ITAP PhD Network aims to provide an arena for PhD students to
share and discuss their work and build their own networks. Research
and experience show that becoming part of a research community is a
crucial factor for successfully completing a PhD. However, this can be
difficult for various reasons, personal and professional. The online
seminars in the network aim to offer opportunities to get acquainted
with other scholars in the field and to gain some insights into work
currently being conducted in the field.

The ITAP PhD Network is open for all PhD students with research
projects in pragmatics, regardless of the stage or context they are
in.

We kindly ask those who are interested in participating in the first
seminar to sign up through the following form:
https://forms.gle/fhYL4SsVYF59EyHZ8

Time and place:

· November 26th, from 10:00 to 12:00 am (CET).

· Online (the link to the session will be sent to those
registered to the event).

We look forward to seeing you in our first PhD meeting!

The ITAP Team
