Meeting Description:
The International Association for Teaching Pragmatics (ITAP) is
pleased to announce the Fall Seminar 2024 will be organized this year
by the Università (online and face-to-face) on November 29.
The main theme of the seminar will be "Corpora, pragmatics and spoken
communication. Methodologies, challenges and future directions". The
seminar aims to be a forum for young researchers and established
scholars in second language learning and teaching working on
linguistic corpora, pragmatics and spoken communication. The seminar
is open to all theoretical approaches and welcomes contributions both
from the perspective of pragmatics and spoken corpora construction and
from the perspective of corpus driven teaching, assessment and
training.
The following scholars have accepted to be the keynote speakers:

Marina Castagneto (Università del Molise)
The provisional program for the ITAP Fall Seminar 2024 is already
