Call for Papers:
Hybrid 2025 GenLitCult Symposium on “Gender, Literatures and Cultures:
21st-century Socioemotional and Decolonial Learning”, which will be
held on May 8th, 9th, and 10th, 2025, at the Teaching Training Faculty
of the Univesitat de València and at the Faculty of Philology,
Translation and Communication’s Youtube Channel.
This event has been supported by the IULMA Research Institute and
stems from the Projects: “DECOLANG: Perspectivas decoloniales en el
aprendizaje de lenguas y culturas: biografías de mujeres para el
fomento de la igualdad de género” (Ref. 3326725), “SOCIEMOVE:
desarrollo de habilidades socioemocionales en intercambios virtuales”
(Ref. PID2023-151087NB-I00), and “Cultura afro-indígena brasileña en
la literatura oral, la música y la danza: Objetivos de Desarrollo
Sostenible, decolonización, ecofeminismo e inclusión social”,
projects.
To participate in this event, either as a presenter or audience
member, please complete the form below. In both cases, the
registration is free but compulsory:

If you wish to participate as an online presenter, don’t forget to
include in the form the title of your presentation, the keywords and
abstract (max. 400 words), as well as a short bionote (of around 150
words), together with your name and surname (as you wish them to
appear on the certificate), and affiliation. Proposals should be
submitted by April, 30th, 2025.
After completing the registration form, please submit your
video-presentation following the instructions below:
 1) Record your video in full HD format (1920x1080). It should be
between 15 and 20 minutes long.
 2) Once recorded, save your video in mp4 and submit it to
audiofil at uv.es as well as to Mónica Granell (monica.granell at uv.es) by
April, 30th, 2025.
Finally, since this is a hybrid event, there is also the possibility
for you to deliver your talk live at the Universitat de València.
Please, let us know if you wish to participate in person so that we
can make the required arrangements.
