The Psycholinguistics and Neurolinguistics research group of the
Institute of Linguistics at the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters
(University of Buenos Aires, Argentina) invites researchers studying
language within an experimental perspective to participate in the
upcoming Meeting of Research Groups on Language Processing
(PROLEN2025). The event will take place on April 24, 2025, at the Paco
Urondo University Cultural Center, Faculty of Philosophy and Letters,
University of Buenos Aires, located in Buenos Aires City (Argentina).
The conference aims to provide a space for discussing current research
related to: language acquisition and development; processes underlying
language  comprehension and production in adults; characteristics of
language in healthy aging and cognitive decline; acquired and
developmental language disorders; psycholinguistic research in
literacy.
The primary goal is to foster collaboration and exchange among groups
and researchers in the region, promoting an interdisciplinary
approach. Contributions are welcome in the following fields of
research: Psycholinguistics, Neurolinguistics, Computational
Linguistics, Cognitive Neuropsychology of Language, on all areas of
the linguistic system –phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics,
pragmatics– as well as their connections to other cognitive systems,
such as attention and memory.
