We are pleased to invite you to contribute to the Structured Session
“Acoustic Phonetics” under the Main Theme A18: Speech at Forum
Acusticum Euronoise 2025 (FA25). The 11th Annual European Conference
on Acoustics and Noise Control Engineering, organized by the Spanish
Acoustical Society, will be held in Málaga, Spain, from June 23rd to
26th, 2025.
Forum Acusticum is an annual international convention coordinated by a
national acoustical society on behalf of the European Acoustics
Association (EAA). The Congress will be a world leading event in the
different areas of acoustics and a great opportunity for participants
to exchange knowledge, share cutting-edge research and techniques, and
foster collaboration across the wide range of topics and interests
that acoustics nowadays addresses both in our community, and for
society.
We welcome submissions on any topics concerning acoustic phonetics,
including but not limited to:
•       Anatomy and physiology of the vocal apparatus
•       Models and theories of speech production and perception
•       Instrumentation and methodologies in speech production and
perception
•       Acoustic correlates of phonetic segments and suprasegmental
features
•       Voice quality, tone, and phonation types
•       Production and perception of voice and speaker characteristics
•       Relationships between speech production and perception
•       Cognitive and neural aspects of speech processes
•       Cross-linguistic perspectives on speech production, acoustics,
and perception
Papers can be submitted for oral or poster presentation through the
Forum Acusticum Euronoise 2025 website:

Key deadlines:
•       Abstract submission (max. 200 words): January 26, 2025
•       Full paper submission (upon abstract acceptance): March 23,
2025
