Subject: Call for Posters: Spaces to Belong – Posters for Trans Diversity (INCLUSIVE Project, University of Salamanca)

The INCLUSIVE project at the University of Salamanca is launching a
call for posters for an exhibition dedicated to the dissemination,
transfer, and outreach of work related to trans* identities in
university settings, with particular attention to issues of
communication, language, and inclusion. This call is open to students,
university staff, researchers, and LGTBIQ+ collectives from any
university or organisation. Submissions do not need to be unpublished.
Proposals can be submitted between May 5 and May 30, 2025. Posters
must be delivered as PDF files, size A1, vertical orientation, with
300 dpi resolution, and should be accompanied by:
- a brief summary of the content (350–450 words), and
- a short biography of the authors (50-100 words).
Following a selection process, the chosen posters will be printed by
the organisers and exhibited in spaces managed by the University of
Salamanca. They will also be included in an online catalogue, shared
on social media, and archived at the University’s Social Affairs
Service as part of the INCLUSIVE project’s documentary collection. A
certificate of participation in a university knowledge transfer
activity will be issued.
Preference will be given to posters submitted in Spanish.
