Our journal welcomes submissions from any subfield of linguistics,
provided that the manuscript engages with the overarching theme of
evolutionary linguistics. We encourage diverse theoretical and
methodological approaches, as long as they contribute to advancing
discussions related to the biological origins and development of early
human language.
Instructions for Submissions:
On the first page of the article, the following items should be
presented:
- Title (font Georgia, size 16)
- Author's full name
- Author's e-mail address
- Author's affiliation and education
All the bibliographical information must be listed in alphabetical
order and presented according to the following model:
For books:
LAST NAME, Name of the author. Title in italics. City: Publishing
company, date.
BORSLEY, Robert. Syntactic theory: a unified approach. London: Oxford
University Press, 1999.
For chapters:
LAST NAME, Name of the author. Title of the chapter. In: LAST NAME,
Name of the author. Title of the book in italics. City: Publishing
company, date.
COULSON, Mark. Anaphoric reference. In: GREENE, Judith; COULSON, Mark.
Language understanding: current issues. Buckingham: Open University
Press, 1996.
For articles:
LAST NAME, Name of the author. Title of the article. Name of the
journal in italics, Vol. X, number X, date.
FRAURUD, Kari. Definiteness and the processing of NPs in natural
discourse. Journal of Semantics, 7, 1990.
