Subject: Call for Participants: Native English Speakers that Play Video Games
I am a PhD student at the University of Barcelona studying how
non-native speakers develop English fluency through gaming. I am now
looking for native English speakers as a baseline for comparison for
an asynchronous online study.
Requirements:
- Native English speaker
- Age 18+
- Experience playing or having played any video game
What's involved:
- 5 short monologue speaking tasks
- Chat with our conversational agent
- Total time: approximately 5 minutes
The study uses free and open-source software, with data stored on
private servers (including conversational agent). No third party
services or APIs.
