Subject: Participants Needed for Mandarin Chinese Phonetics Experiment


We sincerely invite Mandarin Chinese learners to participate in a
phonetic experiment, which includes:
- Reading aloud monosyllabic and disyllabic words for voice recording
- Listening to recordings and selecting the correct options
Upon completion of all tasks, participants will receive:
- Monetary compensation (based on completion status): 30CNY
- Practical Mandarin learning materials (e.g., e-books)
Participant Eligibility:
- Aged 18–30
- Native speakers of English (U.S.A.) or Japanese (Japan).
- Both parents are non-Chinese, or come from a Chinese background but
no one at home speaks Chinese.
- Mandarin level approximately HSK 3–4 (equivalent to TOCFL Level 3).
- Have only studied Mandarin or English besides your native language,
or other languages only at beginner level.
- Have lived or are living in Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, or
Macau, or use Mandarin Chinese as a second language.
- Have a stable internet connection, computer, and headphones.
Can't meet the requirements? You can still participate as a referrer:
Share this and suggest someone who is a good fit. Once they complete
the task, you will get 20 CNY for each successful referral.
Payment methods: Currently, we only support WeChat Pay and Alipay. We
are actively exploring other payment options.
