Issue No. (34) – Faculty of Languages Journal
University of Tripoli
The Editorial Board of the Faculty of Languages Journal – University
of Tripoli, an international peer-reviewed academic journal published
biannually (June and December), bearing ISSN (2790-4016) and a Digital
Object Identifier (DOI), and indexed in the Libyan Electronic Journals
Directory, is pleased to announce the opening of submissions for
publication in Issue No. (34).
Proposed Thematic Areas:
- Translation and Translation Studies
- Language Teaching Methodologies
- Linguistics (Phonetics, Morphology, Syntax, Semantics, Pragmatics,
etc.)
- Languages and Technology (Artificial Intelligence, Digital
Learning, E-learning)
- Comparative Studies in Languages and Cultures
- Literature and Literary Criticism (Arabic, Comparative, World
Literature, and Modern Critical Approaches)
- Cultural Studies Related to Languages
- Discourse Analysis and Intercultural Communication
- Bilingualism and Multilingual Language Acquisition
Submission Guidelines:
- The journal accepts original research papers, translated articles,
and abstracts of theses related to languages, translation, and
literature.
- Submissions must be original and not previously published.
- All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process in
accordance with established academic standards.
- All manuscripts are screened for plagiarism using iThenticate.
- The use of AI tools is permitted up to 30% of the manuscript
content; submissions exceeding 40% AI-generated content will be
rejected.
- Authors must adhere to the APA Style for citations and references.
- Authors must strictly follow the journal’s official template
available on the journal website.
- References must be recent and directly relevant to the research
topic.
- The research methodology must be clearly defined, including tools
and procedures.
- Results must be presented and analyzed in empirical or applied
studies where applicable.
- Authors are required to provide their ORCID iD (ORCID), which can
be obtained free of charge at: https://orcid.org
