Le quinzième atelier annuel Changement et variation au Canada (CVC XV)
aura lieu du 23 au 24 mai 2026 au campus du centre-ville de
l'Université de Toronto. Cet atelier bilingue (français-anglais)
réunit des spécialistes travaillant dans le cadre variationniste sur
une ou plusieurs variétés de langue parlées au Canada et/ou dans une
institution canadienne.
Nous invitons toutes les personnes intéressées à soumettre une
proposition de communication. La participation des étudiantes et
étudiants est vivement encouragée. Les résumés doivent être envoyés
par courriel à cvc15.2026 at gmail.com au plus tard le 6 mars 2026. Les
résumés (rédigés en anglais ou en français) doivent être anonymes, en
format PDF ou Word et ne doivent pas dépasser 300 mots (sans compter
le titre et les références). L'atelier se déroulera en français et en
anglais.

The fifteenth Change and Variation in Canada workshop (CVC XV) will
take place May 23–24, 2026, at the downtown campus of the University
of Toronto. This French–English bilingual workshop brings together
researchers in a variationist framework working on Canadian language
varieties and/or at Canadian institutions.
Students are particularly encouraged to submit abstracts. Abstracts
should be submitted to cvc15.2026 at gmail.com by March 6, 2026.
Abstracts should be anonymous, in either PDF or Word format, and no
more than 300 words (not including title and references).
Presentations may be given in French or in English.
The body of the email should include:
Title
Name(s) of presenter(s)
Department and affiliation for each presenter
Email address for each presenter
Any technology requirements (other than a projector)
The subject line of the email should be: CVC Abstract Submission.
