We’re delighted to announce the Call for Papers for the Annual
Conference of the BAAL Vocabulary Studies SIG 2026, themed:
“Vocabulary and Bilingualism: Cognitive, Pedagogical, and Social
Perspectives.”
The conference will bring together researchers, practitioners, and
educators interested in vocabulary research across bilingual and
multilingual contexts, with a strong focus on empirical, innovative,
and interdisciplinary work.

Prof. Thora Tenbrink (Bangor University)
We welcome abstracts for:
