Call for Papers:
We are pleased to announce that the 26th International Conference of
the Japan Second Language Association (J-SLA 2026) will be held as
follows:
Dates: 4–5 July 2026 (Sat–Sun)
Venue: Mie University  https://www.mie-u.ac.jp/en/
Invited Speaker: Dr. Jennifer Culbertson　(University of Edinburgh)
Deadline for Abstract Submission: Tuesday, 31 March 2026, 23:59 (JST).
There are four formats for research presentations at J-SLA 2026:
(1) Oral Presentation
(2) Poster Presentation
(3) Student Oral Presentation
(4) Symposium
At the J-SLA International Annual Conference, oral presentations will
be conducted in parallel session format starting from the upcoming
conference (J-SLA2026). This change is expected to significantly
increase the number of accepted presentations. In addition, new awards
such as the Outstanding Student Presentation Award (tentative) and
Outstanding Poster Presentation Award (tentative) are being prepared.
We look forward to receiving your presentation proposals.
