Subject: New Database of Flora and Fauna Terms in Traditional Great Andamanese Languages


The aim of this database is to provide information on the designations
of biota (flora, fauna, etc.) in the traditional Great Andamanese
languages, i.e. these languages as they were documented from the
mid-19th to the early 20th centuries. The current version covers
Akabea and Akajeru/North Andamanese.
