Abstract
The concern of radio language policy in Nigeria is uneven. The
multiannual broadcasting, which overtly appears in Nigerian radio, is
the subject of this webinar. It explores radio stations implementation
of the legal positions on the use of various languages by Nigerian
radio stations. The paper highlights the nature of implementation and
practice. The study argues that while multilingual radio broadcasting
in Nigeria is both possible and beneficial, effective implementation
is required
