Issue: Volume 8 (Continuous Publication)

H2D (Revista de Humanidades Digitais) is an interdisciplinary Diamond
Open Access journal dedicated to advancing research and dialogue in
Digital Humanities. We welcome contributions that explore how digital
tools and methods reshape humanities scholarship and practice,
bridging humanistic inquiry and technological innovation while
engaging contemporary societal challenges aligned with the UN 2030
Sustainable Development Goals.
Since 2024, H2D has expanded as an inter-institutional journal with an
international editorial team spanning Brazil and Angola, coordinated
from Portugal, fostering global DH exchange with particular attention
to Lusophone perspectives.
We accept research articles, pedagogical project reports,
tool/resource reviews, and real-world case studies, as well as
audiovisual contributions (H2D Live) and miscellany (interviews,
reviews, multimodal pieces). Topics include (non-exhaustive): corpora
and textual statistics, NLP, LLMs/LMMs, digital editions, digital
archives/libraries, open science, data visualization, geospatial
humanities, social media/multimodal communication, web scraping, topic
modeling, sentiment analysis, and DH project management.
Languages: English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, Italian.
Submission model: rolling submissions / continuous publication.
