to Practice in Ethical AI
Description:
- Do you want to engage critically and confidently with AI in language
education?
- If you are a pre-service or in-service language teacher, join us for
an immersive three-day learning journey (12 contact hours) designed to
connect technical understanding with ethical reflection as you
practically integrate AI into real-life teaching practices.
- You will not only learn the major trends of AI in language education
but also gain the skills to identify risks such as bias, privacy
breaches, and misuse, properly grounded in European and international
policy frameworks.
- By the end of this journey, you will have conducted a personal
AI-readiness self-assessment and developed a tangible Toolkit,
including a collection of materials and ethical frameworks ready to be
implemented in your own professional practice from day one.
This summer school is designed for pre-service and in-service language
teachers.
Number: maximum 25 participants (preference for current and former
students from partner universities).

Registration Instructions:
Candidates will be asked to include a motivation letter at the request
of each partner university, submitted via website.
Guidelines: maximum 200 words describing your background and
experience in language education, your interest in the use of
artificial intelligence for teaching and learning, and your
expectations for the programme. Explain how you plan to apply the
knowledge, ethical principles, and toolkit resources gained during the
summer school in your professional practice and educational context.
