Description:
The Department of English at North Carolina State University invites
applications for one full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor
position in Linguistics. As a faculty member, you will contribute to
our undergraduate major and M.A. concentration through teaching,
research, and service. The area of specialization is open; however, we
are particularly interested in candidates specializing in either:
- corpus linguistics, with a focus on syntax, morphology, or the
lexicon; or
- experimental sociolinguistics and/or experimental psycholinguistics.

to excellence in teaching and mentorship, and eager to contribute to a
