Subject: Native Speakers of English Wanted for Pragmatics Survey
I am wanting for native English speakers to share with me your
introspection of a sentence containing the verb "climb."
Specifically, the interest centers around "climb down," as in "he
climbed down the ladder."
"Climb down" here denotes physical motion but not "to withdraw
something."
If you can cooperate with the project, please click the following URL
of the Google form, where there is one question, except a question
asking about your mother tongue. No information leading to the
identification of individuals will not be collected.
You can choose your intuition from yes, no, and others.
Thank you,
