here: https://softconf.com/p/slrf2026/
Submitting a Proposal:
There is no fee to submit a proposal. You will need to make a (free)
Softconf account.
SLRF is running a double-blind review process. This means that
identifying information (names of authors, affiliated institutions,
email addresses, etc.) must be excluded from all text (title,
abstract, and proposal).
Proposals may be submitted in English or French, and should include
the following:
Authors: You may submit one proposal as first author and you may be
co-author on an additional two submissions.
Research strand and key words: You will be prompted to select one
research strand and up to three keywords that characterize your
proposal.
Preferred presentation type: Choose whether you would prefer to
present your research as a poster or as a paper presentation. Paper
presentations should take the form of a 20-minute oral presentation
followed by a 10-minute discussion period.
Title: Maximum of 15 words.
Abstract: Provide a 50-word abstract of your submission.
Proposal: Upload a PDF or Word document containing your proposal. This
document should be written in Times New Roman 12-point font,
single-spaced and not exceed 350 words, including optional references.
Proposals will be selected based on
- Relevance and importance of the topic
- Research design/conceptual framework
- Organizational clarity
Authors will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of their
