Subject: CfP for Edited Volume on "Globalization, Multilingualism, and AI - Reframing Language Teacher Identity"
Today, we're sharing our call for papers for an edited volume on
"Globalization, Multilingualism, and AI: Reframing Language Teacher
Identity" which will be under consideration for the series Psychology
of Language Learning and Teaching with Multilingual Matters.
We have already been in touch with the editors who have expressed a
great interest in this volume; based on the abstracts submitted, we
will put together a proposal which will then be submitted to
Multilingual Matters.
We thus invite rsearchers to submit an abstract of 300 words outlining
- the chapter’s focus and objectives
- theoretical or conceptual framework
- methodology (if applicable)
- expected contribution to the volume
Please also include:
- the author name(s)
- the institutional affiliation(s)
- a contact email address
- 4-6 keywords
Important Dates
- Abstract submission deadline: May 1, 2026
- Notification of acceptance: June 1, 2026
- Full chapter submission: Spring 2027 (depending on proposal
acceptance)
Chapter Length
Full chapters should be approximately 6,000–8,000 words, including
references, and follow the publisher’s formatting guidelines.
