Call for Papers:
Abstract Submission Deadline Extended to October 18, 2026
Due to numerous requests from our international community, we are
pleased to announce that the deadline for abstract and symposium
submissions to IASCL 2027 has been extended to October 18, 2026.
The XVIIth International Congress for the Study of Child Language
(IASCL 2027) will take place July 26–30, 2027, at the University of
São Paulo (USP), São Paulo, Brazil.
Under the theme “Language Acquisition Beyond Borders and Modalities:
Exploring Diversity,” IASCL 2027 will bring together researchers from
around the world working on child language acquisition across
different languages, populations, contexts, and modalities.
We warmly invite researchers, students, and professionals in the field
to submit proposals for individual oral/poster presentations and
symposia.
Abstracts must be submitted through the IASCL 2027 congress website,
within the Participant’s Area. Authors should first register in the
congress system before submitting their proposals.

Interpretation: There will be some interpretation into International
