Description:
We seek candidates with a research focus on the neurocognition of
language who are motivated by research questions relevant to
linguistics.  Applicants should incorporate modern AI-based methods
into their neurolinguistic research. Experience with brain imaging
methods, in particular electroencephalography (EEG), is essential. We
expect a high level of expertise in the analysis of biosignals, the
use of AI-based methods for pattern recognition and data modelling, as
well as in the application of state-of-the-art statistical methods.
The professorship spans the interface between linguistics,
neuroscience and artificial intelligence, both in research and
teaching.
