Kaplan Assessments Emerging Voices Awards 2026-27
I am pleased to share Kaplan Assessments’ call for proposals for the
Emerging Voices Awards 2026-27.  The scheme, which offers two £2,500
awards for research projects exploring digital English language
assessment, is now open for applications.  This year’s theme is:
Inclusive English Assessment for Access, Opportunity, and Well-being.
Each successful recipient will receive:
- £2,500 research funding
- Mentoring from Kaplan Assessments
- Registration for the 23rd 2027 EALTA Annual Conference
- Recognition at a Kaplan-sponsored event during the EALTA conference
- Opportunities to have their work featured through agreed Kaplan and
EALTA communications
Who can apply?
The awards are open to eligible postgraduate students and early-career
researchers within three years of formal PhD completion (with
reasonable allowance for relevant career breaks).
Application deadline: 30 November 2026 at 23:59 UK time.
