There is a journal called Terminologies Nouvelles
(http:www.rint.org) published by the Reseau International de
neologie et de terminologie which may be of interest to you. .
(Issues 17, 18 and 19 in particular)
Also, some other starting points might be: the CNRS at the
University of Toulouse (Anne Condamines and Didier Bourigault), the
Universite de Nantes (Beatrice Daille), and the CTN Villetaneuse
(John Humbley) all of whom conduct research on special purpose
corpora.
