There are corpora with scientific abstracts only (e.g. INSPEC), but
regarding a corpus containing BOTH articles and their abstracts,
it may be interesting for you to know that Constantin Orasan (in6093 at wlv.ac.uk)

from the University of Wolverhampton is working on such a corpus for English
at the moment.
