This is the first call to participate in CIAA 2005 (10th International
Conference on Implementation and Implementation of Automata, which
will take place in the high-tech campus of Sophia Antipolis, near Nice
(<http://www.sophia-antipolis.net/uk/>), France, on June 2729, 2005.
The CIAA conferences concern research on all aspects of implementation
and application of automata and related structures, from the
theoretical aspects to the practical realizations.
The purpose of these conferences is to bring together members of the
academic, research and industrial community who have an interest in
implementation and application of automata to demonstrate and analyze
their work and to explain the problems they have been solving.
Invited lectures:
Rusins Freivalds, Languages Recognizable by Quantum Finite Automata.
Jacques Sakarovitch, The language, the expression and the (small)
automaton.
Detailled conference program:

We also sollicit proposals for
- DEMOS (send a 2 pages proposal to CIAA 2005 chairs:
ciaa05 at i3s.unice.fr)
- and for the XML FORMAT FOR (FINITE) AUTOMATA session
(http://www.i3s.unice.fr/ciaa05/resources/XML.txt).
The proposals must be received by June 13.
