Job opportunities at ELDA

ELDA is looking for two native speakers of Italian to help develop
basic linguistic resources for the Italian language. Responsibilities
include adaptation of a French spoken dialogue system to Italian,
collection of speech dialogues, transcription and annotation, etc.
The jobs are located in Paris and should start immediately for a period
of 3 months.
Students are welcome.
Competencies:
- Italian native speaker, good level of French and English
- Experience (studies, transcriptions, etc..) as a linguist preferred
but not compulsory
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to learn quickly
We will consider full time, and part time applicants,
as well as internship.

The European Language Resources Association (ELRA) is a non-profit
making organisation founded by the European Commission in 1995, with
the mission of providing a clearing house for language resources and
promoting Human Language Technologies (HLT).
The Evaluations and Language resources Distribution Agency (ELDA) is
ELRA's operational body. ELDA identifies, collects, markets, evaluates
