JOB : Computational Linguist (VIRTUOZ)

and linguistic virtual agent solutions that enable enterprises to
assist their customers in an automated fashion. With over 12 million

We are looking for a computational linguist help us with supporting
new languages. You will be part of the linguistics team and will be
responsible for creating and improving the dictionary for new
languages, the optimization of grammar rules, and the handling of the
linguistic aspects of new customer projects.

Our offices are centrally located in Paris, France. We offer an

Requirements:
- Extremely strong linguistic skills in dependency and unification
  grammars.
- Extremely strong linguistic skills in semantics (management of
  ontologies) and syntax-semantics interfaces.
- A blend of technology background, customer focus, and passion for
  quality.
- Working knowledge of MySQL.
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A degree in computational linguistics (or equivalent).


Would be a plus:
- Good communication skills in Spanish or Italian (preferably both).
- 1-2 years of industry or research experience.
- Experience with at least one object-oriented programming language.
- Familiarity with data mining and information retrieval.
- A degree in computer science or a related field.

Location : Paris, France
Type of contract: 1-year CDD (Contrat a Duree Determinee)
