Le Laboratoire d'Informatique Fondamentale de Marseille propose une
thèse et un post-doctorat autour de l'analyse syntaxique probabiliste.

Les sujets de la thèse et du post-doctorat pourront porter sur
différents aspects de l'analyse syntaxique probabiliste, selon le
profil des candidats.

Le candidat retenu sera accueilli par l'équipe Traitement Automatique
du Langage Ecrit et Parlé.

Trois thèmes sont privilégiés :

- réordonnancement des analyses produites par un analyseur

- extraction automatique de cadres de sous-catégorisation à partir de
  l'analyse automatique de grands corpus.

- apprentissage actif pour l'analyse syntaxique

Profil recherché :
- formation en TAL ou en apprentissage automatique
- maîtrise des langages c et c++

PhD and post doctorate funding at the Laboratoire d'Informatique
Fondamentale de Marseille in the field of probabilistic parsing.

Depending on the candidate's profile, the PhD and post doctorate
subjects will concern different aspects of probabilistic parsing.

Priority will be given to three aspects :

- reranking of the parses produced by a parser

- automatic extraction of sub-categorization frames from large corpora
  automatically parsed

- active learning for parsing

The successful candidate should :

- hold a relevant degree in the field of Natural Language Processing
  or Machine Learning.
- master the C and C++ programming languages
